Copyright & Content Policy
Last Updated: 30 June 2025
Welcome to NeuralPrint! Our platform is built to unleash your imagination and turn your most creative ideas into tangible products. To ensure a safe, legal, and respectful environment for our entire community of creators, we have established these Copyright & Content Rules.
This policy is a part of our main Terms of Service. By using NeuralPrint, you agree to these rules.
1. Your Core Responsibility: You Are the Creator
The most important rule is simple: You are solely responsible for the content you create and print using our Service.
When you upload a design or use our AI to generate one, you are promising us that you have the legal right to use it. This means your design does not violate any third-party's rights, including copyright, trademark, or right of publicity.
2. Content Ownership
- You Own What You Create: Subject to our Terms of Service, you own the specific "Generated Content" you create using our AI tools. You can use it for personal or commercial purposes.
- We Own Our Platform: NeuralPrint retains all rights to its platform, our brand name, logos, website design, and the underlying technology, including our AI models.
3. Prohibited Content: The "Do Not Create" List
To protect intellectual property rights and maintain a safe platform, the following types of content are strictly forbidden. Generating or attempting to print such content may result in order cancellation and account suspension.
❌ Trademarks & Logos
You cannot create content that includes third-party trademarks, logos, or brand names. This includes prompting the AI to generate them.
Examples: The Nike "swoosh," the Apple logo, the name "Coca-Cola" in its script font, or prompts like "the Starbucks mermaid logo."
❌ Copyrighted Characters & Media
You cannot create content featuring characters, imagery, or quotes from movies, TV shows, video games, anime, or comic books unless you are the rights holder.
Examples: Mickey Mouse, characters from Pokémon, Harry Potter, Iron Man, or scenes from a Star Wars film.
❌ Likenesses of Public Figures (Right of Publicity)
You cannot create content featuring the likeness of celebrities, politicians, athletes, or other public figures without their explicit permission.
Examples: Generating an image of a famous actor's face on a t-shirt, or using a famous cricketer's name and image.
❌ Replicas of Existing Artwork
You cannot use the AI to create exact replicas of existing artwork that is still protected by copyright. While using prompts like "in the style of [artist]" is generally acceptable, directly copying a specific piece is not.
Example: A prompt like "recreate the Mona Lisa" is fine (public domain), but "recreate a specific, modern copyrighted painting by [living artist's name]" is not.
❌ Hateful, Violent, or Illegal Content
You cannot create content that is:
- Defamatory, harassing, or threatening.
- Hate speech targeting any group based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
- Pornographic or sexually explicit.
- Promoting illegal acts, self-harm, or violence.
4. Permitted Content: The "Yes, Please Create!" List
We encourage you to create...
✅ Truly Original Work
The best use of NeuralPrint! Use your own imagination to write unique prompts that have never been seen before.
Example: "A bioluminescent jellyfish floating through a cyberpunk city in the rain."
✅ Your Own Brands and Logos
If you are creating merchandise for your own company, blog, or brand, you are welcome to use your own logos and slogans.
✅ Public Domain Content
You can freely use artwork and imagery where the copyright has expired.
Example: The works of Shakespeare, paintings by Leonardo da Vinci, classical sculptures.
✅ Designs "In the Style Of"
Using an artist's style as an inspiration is generally acceptable and a great way to use the AI tool.
Example: "A portrait of a cat in the style of Picasso's cubist period."
5. How We Enforce These Rules
We take content safety and copyright seriously. Our enforcement process includes:
- Automated Scanning: We may use automated tools to scan User Prompts and Generated Content for keywords and images that are likely to be infringing or violate our policies.
- Human Review: Our team may review designs before they are sent to print, especially for large orders or flagged content.
- Action on Violations: If we find that a design violates our policy, we will cancel the order for that item. For repeated or serious violations, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account.
Please Note: These systems are not perfect. The ultimate responsibility for ensuring your design is non-infringing always rests with you.
6. How to Report Copyright Infringement (Notice & Takedown)
If you are a rights holder and you believe that a user on NeuralPrint has infringed upon your copyright, we will respond promptly to your notice.
To file a notice, please provide our designated Grievance Officer with a written communication that includes the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

7. A Final Word on AI and Creativity
AI art is a new and exciting frontier. We encourage you to use it as a tool for originality. Think of it as a collaborator that can bring your unique vision to life, rather than as a tool to copy the work of others.
