Who owns the AI-generated designs I create?

You own the specific Generated Content you create, subject to compliance with our Terms. However, you grant us a license to use it for fulfilling orders, displaying in your gallery, and promotional purposes.

What content is prohibited when creating AI designs?

You cannot create content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or includes hateful, defamatory, pornographic, or illegal content. Avoid using prompts with existing brand names, copyrighted characters, or public figures.

Can I return custom merchandise if I don't like it?

We cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection since each product is custom-made. However, we offer replacements or refunds for manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or products materially different from the mockup.

How long does it take to fulfill my custom order?

We aim for 3-5 business days for fulfillment through our print-on-demand partners, but this is an estimate and not a guarantee. All products are custom-made specifically for your order.

What happens if my design violates intellectual property rights?

We may cancel orders for infringing content and reserve the right to suspend accounts for repeated violations. You are solely responsible for ensuring your designs don't violate third-party rights.

Welcome to neuralprint.in (the “Platform”), owned and operated by Daxtech Softwares Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Platform, including our AI-powered design generation tools, product customization features, and print-on-demand services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Definitions

User, you, your:

Refers to any individual who accesses or uses our Service.

User Prompt:

The text, descriptions, or other inputs you provide to the AI tool to create a design.

Generated Content:

The digital images, designs, and artwork created by our AI tools based on your User Prompt.

Product:

The physical merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, hoodies, mugs) on which Generated Content is printed.

Third-Party Provider:

Any independent contractor, vendor, or partner providing services on our behalf, including but not limited to printing, fulfillment, and shipping partners (e.g., Printrove).

2. The Service

Our Platform provides you with tools to:

Generate unique designs (Generated Content) using artificial intelligence based on your text prompts.
Place this Generated Content onto various Products available in our catalog.
Purchase these customized Products, which we will then produce and ship to you via our Third-Party Providers.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights - The Most Important Section

This section governs the ownership and use of content on our Platform.

Our Intellectual Property

The Platform itself, our logos, branding, website design, underlying source code, and any pre-made design templates or content owned by us are the exclusive property of Daxtech Softwares Private Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your Responsibility for Prompts

You are solely responsible for the User Prompts you provide. You represent and warrant that your User Prompts do not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, privacy, or any other right of any third party. You are expressly forbidden from using prompts that name or describe existing trademarks, logos, copyrighted characters, or specific individuals without their explicit permission (e.g., “Nike logo,” “Mickey Mouse,” “Virat Kohli's face”).

Ownership of Generated Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and acknowledging the rights of any third parties, we grant you ownership of the specific Generated Content you create. You can use it for personal and commercial purposes.

License Granted to Us

To provide the Service, you grant Daxtech Softwares Private Limited and its Third-Party Providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify (for manufacturing purposes), print, distribute, and display your Generated Content for the following purposes:

Fulfilling your order for a Product.
Displaying your creations in your account gallery.
Operating, promoting, and improving the Platform. This may include using your Generated Content in our marketing materials, social media, or on our website as an example of what our users can create. We will make reasonable efforts to attribute the design to your username if we use it for promotional purposes.

5. Copyright Infringement & Content Policy (Notice and Takedown)

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same.

Prohibited Content

You may not create, upload, or print content that is:

Infringing on any third party's copyright, trademark, or patent.
Hateful, defamatory, threatening, or harassing.
Pornographic or sexually explicit.
Promoting illegal activities or violence.
In violation of any applicable law in India.

Content Scanning

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to use automated tools (e.g., Copyleaks, Google Vision API) and human review to screen Generated Content for potential copyright infringement or violations of our content policy. However, the ultimate responsibility remains with you.

Takedown Procedure

If you are a copyright holder and believe that content on our Platform infringes upon your rights, please contact our Grievance Officer with a notice that includes:

A description of the copyrighted work.
The location (URL) of the infringing content on our site.
Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content and terminating the responsible user's account, in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and its associated rules.

6. Orders, Payment, and Fulfillment

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment

We partner with secure third-party payment processors like Razorpay and PayU. We do not store your credit/debit card information on our servers.

Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud avoidance department.

Fulfillment

All Products are custom-made for you on a print-on-demand basis. We rely on Third-Party Providers for printing and fulfillment. We aim to meet the standard fulfillment timeline of 3-5 business days, but this is an estimate and not a guarantee.

7. Shipping, Returns, and Quality Control

No Returns for Buyer's Remorse

Because each Product is uniquely created for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the design you created. Please consult the size chart on each product page carefully before ordering.

Returns for Defects

We will offer a replacement or a full refund for any Product that is:

Materially different from the mockup shown.
Damaged during shipping.
Has a clear manufacturing or printing defect.

Reporting Defects

You must report any defects, with clear photographic or video evidence, to our support team at [email protected] within 72 hours of receiving the Product.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service is integrated with and depends on various third-party services, including printing partners (Printrove), payment gateways (Razorpay), and cloud hosting (AWS/GCP). We are not responsible for the performance, interruptions, or failures of these Third-Party Providers.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FREE OF ERRORS, OR THAT IT WILL NOT INFRINGE ON THE RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES. YOU USE THE AI TOOLS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DAXTECH SOFTWARES PRIVATE LIMITED OR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Daxtech Softwares Private Limited, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Akola, Maharashtra, India.
