Thank you for creating with NeuralPrint! Every single item you order is custom-made on-demand, especially for you. This allows us to offer a vast range of creative possibilities while being environmentally conscious by avoiding waste.

This policy will guide you through our shipping process and explain how we handle returns.

Shipping Policy

1. Order Timeline

Your order journey has two parts: Fulfillment + Shipping.

  • Fulfillment (3-5 Business Days): This is the time it takes to create your custom product. Our team prints your unique AI-generated design onto the garment, performs a quality check, and packages your order for shipment. "Business days" are Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.
  • Shipping (2-7 Business Days): Once fulfilled, your order is dispatched through one of our trusted courier partners. The shipping time depends on your location.

Total Estimated Delivery Time = 5 to 12 Business Days

2. Estimated Shipping Times by Region

  • Metro & Tier 1 Cities: 2-4 business days for shipping.
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4-7 business days for shipping.
  • Rest of India (including rural areas): 5-8 business days for shipping.

Please Note: These are estimated times. Delays can occasionally occur due to public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances with the courier services.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery address. We will always display the final shipping cost before you confirm your payment.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.

4. Order Tracking

The moment your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's website. You can use this to follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

Return & Refund Policy

Our Core Principle: Every Item is Custom-Made

Because each product is created from scratch based on your specific design prompt and order details, we do not offer returns or exchanges for cases of "buyer's remorse."

This includes reasons like:

  • You selected the wrong size.
  • You changed your mind about the product or the design you created.
  • Minor color variations between the on-screen mockup and the final printed product (due to differences in screen brightness and calibration).

We strongly encourage you to carefully review the detailed size chart available on every product page before placing your order.

Our Quality Guarantee: When We WILL Offer a Free Replacement or Full Refund

We stand 100% behind the quality of our products. We will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund if your order arrives with any of the following issues:

✅ Damaged in Transit: The product is visibly torn, broken, or damaged upon arrival.

✅ Significant Manufacturing Defect: The product has a clear flaw, such as a hole, faulty stitching, or broken zip.

✅ Major Printing Error: The printed design is significantly blurry, faded, off-center, or otherwise has a clear quality defect.

✅ Wrong Item Received: You received a different product, size, or color than what you ordered.

The Claims Process: How to Report an Issue

If your order has a defect covered by our Quality Guarantee, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us Within 3 Days: You must email our support team at [email protected] within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your product.
  2. Provide Clear Details: In your email, you must include:
    • Your Order Number.
    • A brief description of the issue.
    • Clear photos or a short video showing the damage, defect, or wrong item. This is mandatory for us to process your claim. For size issues, please show the item's tag and a measuring tape across the garment.
  3. Review and Resolution: Our support team will review your claim within 1-2 business days. If the issue is verified, we will immediately dispatch a free replacement for you. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Important: You do not need to ship the faulty product back to us!

Cancellations & Order Changes

Due to our automated on-demand production process, we have a very short window to cancel or change an order.

  • Cancellation Window: You may request a cancellation within 4 hours of placing your order. Please email [email protected] with your order number immediately.
  • After 4 Hours: Once an order enters the production queue, it cannot be canceled or changed. This includes changes to the product, size, color, design, or shipping address.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if my package is marked "Delivered" but I can't find it?

Please check with your family members, neighbors, and building security first. Sometimes, packages are left in a safe spot. If you still can't find it after 24 hours, contact us, and we will help you coordinate with the courier company.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, NeuralPrint only ships to addresses within India.
